Ali Lamarque is my hero. She calls Southern California, home. Attending University of California, Santa Barbara campus, she’s heading into her senior year next fall and plans to follow in her scientist-dad’s footsteps. She’s as comfortable in boots and a Stetson as she is in bathing suit. Smart, tough, stubborn as cat on a leash, she’s not as sure of herself as she was before her mother died in an accident three months ago. Me too. And I love stories that give me hope, hope that there’s a way out or that faith will increase or a prayer will be answered or there will be safety or a solid solution.
I love stories that leave me at the end of each chapter unable to put the book down. A novel with twists and turns, unexpected events, intrigue, and a wind-up that makes me want to read it again.
My aim as I write? To fill you with anticipation and hope! To take you with me into the lives, the hearts, minds, and worlds of my characters.
